Join fellow day camp providers and staff for an interactive roundtable discussion focused on reflecting
on the camp season and identifying opportunities for growth. This collaborative session will provide a
space to share successes, challenges, and lessons learned from all aspects of camp operations.
Topics will include staff training and onboarding, program delivery, participant engagement, inclusion
and accessibility, communication practices, risk management, staffing experiences, and overall camp
operations. Participants will be encouraged to discuss what worked well, what could be improved, and
innovative ideas to strengthen future camp experiences.
Whether you are a camp director, coordinator, leader, or support staff member, your insights and
experiences are valuable. Together, we will explore practical strategies, share resources, and gather
recommendations that can help enhance the quality, safety, and inclusiveness of day camps across our
