Frontline recreation leaders play a vital role in creating safe, inclusive, and meaningful experiences for children and youth. To better support this important work, Recreation NL is developing a provincially grounded training program and is seeking input from organizations that provide frontline recreation training.
This consultation is geared toward day camp providers. Drawing on your experiences from this season and previous years, participants will help identify the training topics, resources, and supports that will best prepare frontline staff for success.
