Student Work and Service Program (SWASP)

Description: A program that enables students to work in their home community during the summer, develop transferable skills, explore career interests and help nonprofits carry out their programs for a 280-hour placement (8 weeks)
Area of Funding: students, recreation coordinators, after school programs
Maximum Funding Amount: employers receive $5.00 per hour towards salary plus a $50.00 tuition voucher per week.
