Members will have the option to attend the AGM through in-person or through a live stream (stream details will be provided at a later date to those registered). For those attending in-person\, check-in will begin at 12:30pm from The Jag Hotel Lobby. \n2026 Board of Directors- Available Positions and Election Information \nRecreation NL will host its 2026 Board of Directors Elections during each upcoming RNL Connects Regional Meeting. \nIn accordance with the Recreation NL Constitution (2025)\, the following positions are available for nomination and election: \nDirector at Large- Eastern\nDirector at Large- Western\nDirector at Large- Central\nDirector at Large- Labrador \nNomination Period \nFor those interested in serving as a Director at Large (Regional) on the Recreation NL Board of Directors\, the nomination period is now officially open. DESCRIPTION:“Powering Possibility: Tools for Today’s Recreation and Facility Leaders.” \nThe Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference and Trade Show is brought to you in partnership by Recreation PEI\, Recreation Nova Scotia\, Recreation Facility Association of Nova Scotia\, Recreation New Brunswick and Recreation Newfoundland and Labrador. This conference is held to highlight and share findings\, best practices and experiences from relevant research\, policy and practice work and to build partnerships and strengthen networks to facilitate knowledge transfer and exchange. This event is held biennially and is hosted by one of the 4 provinces on rotation. \nThe sixth Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference will take place on May 20-22\, 2026\, at the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax\, Nova Scotia.
