Recreation NL is currently accepting applications for Active for Life workshop on April 25!
What is Active for Life?
Active for Life is a physical activity program to support older adults to be active for life and reduce the risk of falls by increasing mobility, strengthening muscles and improving balance.
Active for Life Community Leaders complete 7 hours of in-class instruction as well as hands-on experience in program delivery to be qualified to lead this program.
Please submit the application by Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Location: Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s
When: Tuesday, April 25th, 9:00am – 4:30pm
Cost: $100 RNL Members
$140 non-members
